really gained an insight into the theory behind my physical symptoms (fight or flight) and looking at the world in black and white because of this.  This particular description really put a lot of my behaviours into context and I now challenge myself to calm down and have found my decision-making abilities have ben more consultative.  The cd on relaxation techniques was invaluable.
