I am a full time Hypnotherapist and Solution Focused Therapist and Life & Business Coach with relevant qualifications and extensive experience in Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy, NLP and Business.
I have trained with some of the top names in the field, including Richard Bandler, Paul McKenna, the Irish Institute of NLP, Uncommon Knowledge (Mark Tyrell and Jill Wootton) and Andrew Austin. I am also currently a mentor for a number of students on the 2008 Uncommon Knowledge Diploma in Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy run from Brighton University.

I have 15 years experience in business, including having held an Associate Director role and various board member positions in business units within the BGL Group, a top UK company.
I cover most areas of therapy and coaching and have helped numerous people make important and lasting changes in their lives through a professional, respectful and sometimes challenging approach, which is individually tailored to your style, needs and situation.
Using your own resources and skills combined with the proven techniques of hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, Solution Focused Therapy, NLP and my extensive business knowledge (if required), you will achieve major results after the first session.
Because of my high success rate with clients most of my referrals come from word of mouth and I am happy to provide you with references if required.
I have been invited several times by local surgeries and the Peterborough District Hospital to talk on how hypnotherapy and NLP can be used as an effective complimentary treatment to many issues dealt with by local GP's.
